★Our service staff will not always be at the B&B. Please make sure to inform us of the arrival time and your transportation method in advance after your booking. We will send someone to the station/stop you arrive at and guide you here.

★In response to environmental conservation, The disposable toiletries would no longer be offered(comb, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste).
★ Check-in time is 15:00 - 18:00. Check-out time is before 11:00 am. Overtime fee will be charged at $500/hour.
★If you are unable to check-in at the specified time, please be sure to call us. Our latest check-in time is 18:00 (if you can contact us on your way here, we will gladly cooperate and wait for you until a suitable time before 20:00)
★This is an open space within nature. Inevitably, there will be mosquitoes and insects. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding.
★ There will be a few stairs on the way to the main building (about 3-minute walk). Due to the limited on-site service staff, baggage service will not be provided.
★Please come according to the number of people booked. If the number of people exceeds the scheduled number, please inform us. We will charge $500 per extra person per night; extra bed will be charged $800/night.
★Children who are under 6 years old are free of charge. Children over 6 years old and those over 120cm in height are all considered as adults and will be counted as a staying guest
★This property is completely non-smoking and no pets are allowed
★There is a baby bath tub available at the main building.
